    Description
    We are seeking a Senior Product Engineer to work with our

    highly motivated and innovative design,R&D and test team to qualify and enhance new STT-MRAM products. This rolewill apply test and product engineering skillset and sound engineeringpractices to qualify and support product pre-production and productionactivities. This position requires a strong technical knowledge of non-volatilememory products and the ability to drive projects independently.

    Responsibilities:
    1.

    Perform product qualification and productcharacterization.
    2.

    Work with test engineers to deliver robust testprograms (sort, final test, characterization, etc.).
    3.

    Run and modify test programs.
    5.

    Perform ongoing production yield analysis andyield improvement.
    6.

    Perform ongoing customer RMA analysis.
    7.

    Hands on with PCB rework, cable rework, usingtest equipment and performing measurements.
    8.

    Work with and manage outside vendors forpackaging, assembly, test.
    9.

    Work with and manage outside vendors for testhardware (load board, probe card, cable assembly, etc.).
    10.

    Performs other product engineering duties asassigned.

    Qualifications/Experience:
    ·

    Requires BS +12 or MS +10 years in ProductEngineering or Design Engineering.
    ·

    Previous experience in memory productengineering.
    ·

    Basic understanding of CMOS circuits and process.
    ·

    Proficient programming skills in C andPython.
    ·

    Experience with data analysis packages such asJMP is required.
    ·

    Experience with ATE, experience with TeradyneMagnum 2 is highly desirable.
    ·

    The ability to work independently as well as inteams.
    ·

    Good multitasking and organizational skills.
    ·

    Strong communication skills with the ability toconvey complex technical concepts to others.
    ·

    Strong presentation skills and projectmanagement skills.
    ·

    Must be highly motivated and a self-starter.
