    Job DescriptionJob Description


    We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team You will be responsible for helping customers by providing service information, scheduling children for their sessions, scheduling and maintaining instructor schedules and resolving technical issues, when needed.


    Responsibilities:
    Handle customer inquiries and complaints

    Provide information about Mathnasium services

    Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns

    Document and update customer records based on interactions

    Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving services


    Qualifications:
    Previous experience in managing an office, customer service, front desk is a MUST

    Previous experience in managing staff and staff schedules is desirable

    Solid understanding and use of Google Suite (Email, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms)

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Ability to build rapport with clients

    Ability to prioritize and multitask

    Positive and professional demeanor


    Hours:
    Monday - Thursday 2:00 pm - 7:00 pm

    Possible Sundays 9:00 am - 2:00 pm

    Part-time leading to possible Full-time
