- Manage on-premises and cloud system administration (Active Directory, Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365, Sonicwall, VMWare, Cisco Wireless, networking)
- Manage live audio/video production for staff programming and patron meetings
- Manage public reservations of the Flight Simulator, Media Lab, and Library of Things devices
- Perform budgeting, purchasing, and invoicing of technology related equipment
- Ability to look forward and anticipate the technology needs of the library in the future
- Ability to use analytical skills and search for answers to complex issues affecting networks, systems and applications
- Ability to communicate effectively with library staff and members of all experience levels
- Participation in IMRF

- Computer Networking-related Associate's Degree, Bachelor's degree a plus
- 10 years of successful network and system administration work experience
- Proof of Cisco CCNA, Microsoft Windows, Windows Server, Azure certifications a plus.
- Intermediate Windows server AD, DHCP, DNS, VMware, UNIX/LINUX experience
- Intermediate Azure/Defender/Intune computer management experience. Microsoft 365 email administrator experience
- Intermediate Sonicwall or other security firewall experience. Experience preventing computer, server and network cybersecurity issues.
- Intermediate Wifi networking/controller experience.
- Experience with Windows user profile management.
- Experience with library ILS: SirsiDynix, Workflows, Enterprise or similar catalog systems
- Experience with PC time/print management systems: MyPC, Papercut, Princh, Deep Freeze. Experience with audio/video live production, recording, editing, and mixing a plus.
