    Project Manager-Learning SolutionsAmplity Health Learning Solutions has a current opportunity for a skilled and dynamic Project Manager.

    To work successfully within this business unit, you will be a proactive, collaborative Project Manager with impeccable planning, communication, and organizational skills.

    You will be adept at driving forward positive relationships, cross-communication and liaison between key internal stakeholders and our global clients.

    Learning Solutions Project Manager Key Accountabilities:


    Stakeholder ManagementBuilds rapport and consults closely with Learning Solutions Pharmaceutical clients to ensure project requirements are clear and achievable .Develops strong working relationships with all project stakeholders and coordinates activities in line with approved Statement of Work (SOW).This includes external and internal partners.

    Maintains frequent and appropriate levels of communication throughout a project.
    Ensure the most appropriate delivery team is selected for the project/workshops to achieve the best outcome for the client.
    Leads thorough and efficient, project planning meetings.
    Influences and motivates the team of people involved in the project.

    Ensure all project stakeholders are clear on their roles & responsibilities and takes accountability for ensuring that all tasks are completed on time in budget and to a high standard.

    ProcessesLead end-to-end project management for Learning Solutions pharmaceutical client's learning solutions workshops and internal projects,Ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects that align with client objectives.

    Demonstrates a full understanding of 'best practice' Project Management (PM) processes.
    Actively participates in team meetings and contributes to Project Management Excellence.

    Work alongside the business development team to create client proposals and contribute to the delivery of Learning Solutions company pitches/RFPs, to pharmaceutical companies.

    Oversee multiple projects effectively and plans for busy periods.
    Can pivot, problem solve and manage risk exceptionally.
    Looking at the risks and dependencies involved in a particular project and managing.
    Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of the Amplity Learning Solutions services and content.
    Applies creative flair to the preparation stages in advance of the on-site delivery.

    FinancialsAttends project scoping meetings and supports business development processes by creating accurate budgets in line with project scope and supports the creation of proposals.

    Consults proactively with the account management and finance team to ensure the project financials are accurate and currentEnsures financials are kept within budgetManages project contractual processes,Essential Skills, Knowledge, and ExperienceA minimum of 5+ years' experience in project management / event management experience preferred and ideally in a learning and development environment.

    Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college a plus or relevant work experience neededResidence in Eastern or Central US time zone preferredExceptional planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.

    Ability to travel as needed to attend Learning Solutions client workshopsEffective Communication:
    Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to build lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders

    Self-Starter:
    Proactive attitude, take ownership over projects, enjoys responsibility.
    Experience in using project management and ERP systems (Smartsheet, Workday, Microsoft project).Pharmaceutical experience highly desirable.
    Experience in working in an agency, learning, training, or education environment desirable.
    Understand or experience with event planning and managementWillingness to work flexible hours to fulfil client requirements.
    Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and digital meeting platforms.

    PMP Certification a pusStrong financial acumen:
    Able to create, monitor and reconcile detailed budgets.
    Adaptability comfortable in a dynamic environment with evolving client needs.
