    CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a skilled and motivated Marketing & Communications Manager for a direct-hire role with a reputable non-profit, religious organization in Dallas, TX. Your primary responsibilities encompass developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to communicate the organization's mission, programs, and events to its members. This involves creating detailed plans and timelines for various marketing activities, collaborating with internal teams to ensure coordination, and allocating resources efficiently. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating compelling content such as newsletters and print materials, collaborating with leadership to capture impactful stories, and generating ideas aligned with strategic objectives. Overseeing email marketing campaigns, event promotion, and website management are also integral parts of this role, requiring coordination with relevant teams and meticulous attention to detail.     Requirements:

    Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field

    5+ years experience in a marketing and communications role

    Must be able to work on-site Monday-Thursday in Dallas, TX

    Excellent writing and editing abilities with a gift of captivating your target audience

    Skilled in email marketing platforms such as Adobe Suite, Canva, WordPress, Vimeo, and Zoom.

    Constant Contact experience preferred

    Strong, active faith with the ability to share your testimony preferred

    Ability to travel twice a year, very limited

    Non-Profit and/or Religious organization experience a plus

    Compensation and Benefits:

    60-80k

    Direct Hire role with full benefits

    WFH Fridays

    401k match of 100% up to 6% of salary

    Compressive Medical (87% covered by firm) and other benefits, including dental, vision, etc.

    PTO starts with 15 days earned per year, 4-9 years 20 and 10 years 25 days

    11 Holidays
