    Regional Manager - Join Our Dynamic Team!

    Canteen is a leader in automated retail, with a strong focus on growth and innovation. We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Senior Regional Manager to drive the success of our business in the Chicago, IL area. If you are a dynamic leader with a passion for excellence, this is the opportunity for you!

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Overall P&L accountability for assigned region
    • Prepares regional budget and approves budgets
    • Ensures compliance with corporate procedures
    • Maintains and secures company assets
    • Responsible for achieving sales objectives and contract renewals
    • Recruits, trains, and manages Regional Managers
    • Negotiates labor disputes and ensures quality control
    • Reports to Division President on region's activities

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree required
    • Senior leadership experience with exposure to contract management and customer service
    • Proven track record in managing P&L budgets
    • Strong communication and analytical skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong leadership abilities
    • Ability to travel extensively
