    Description

    ZimZee Recruiting is seeking a highly motivated Operation's Supervisor to join our client in the Indianapolis, IN area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in planning, coordination, scheduling, and quality control. They will be customer service oriented, with experience in managing and training field employees. The successful candidate will embody our company's core values and demonstrate a servant leadership approach.

    Skills and Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required
    • 3-5 years of experience as an Operation's Supervisor or Manager
    • Proven experience in planning, coordination, scheduling, and quality control
    • Strong customer service skills and a dedication to exceeding customer expectations
    • Experience managing, training, and coaching field employees
    • Demostrated ability to lead by example and inspire others through a servant leadership approach
    • Alignment with and commitment to living out the company's core values
    • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
    • Proficiency in using project management and scheduling software

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily operations to ensure smooth execution of projects and tasks
    • Develop and maintain efficient schedules to optimize productivity and meet deadlines
    • Implement and monitor quality control processes to maintain high standards of work
    • Foster a customer-centric approach, ensuring that all team members prioritize customer satisfaction
    • Manage, train, and coach field employees to enhance their skills and performance
    • Take initiative and proactively identify and resolve issues to improve operational efficiency
