    Description

    We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team. As an integral part of our organization, the Operations Supervisor will play a key role in overseeing and optimizing our operational processes in the logistics industry.

    What will you do day-to-day?

    • Lead and manage a team of operations staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and productivity
    • Develop and implement operational strategies to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including warehouse, transportation, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement training programs to enhance team skills and capabilities

    Who are you?

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
    • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in the logistics industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
    • Strong knowledge of logistics operations, inventory management, and supply chain processes
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Proven track record of driving operational excellence, process improvements, and cost savings
    • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and use of relevant software tools (e.g., ERP systems, WMS)
