    Description
    An employer in the Ft. Wright, KY area is looking for a Business Development Manager for a direct hire opportunity.


    The daily responsibilities will include:


    Direct sales and support of the Company global Survey and Monitoring product lineDemonstrating the application, use, performance, operation, integration and all related technicalaspects of the Company's survey and monitoring products to customers and clientsMaintaining direct contact and interface with customers and dealersLead and support a team of PLS agents to engage and convert prospectsAttending, supporting, and assisting in designated company trade shows and conferencesInitiate, maintain, and update all required governmental contracts and compliance documents, as wellas any schedules relating to government and/or government subcontractor purchase ordersComplete and update all customer required contractual documents, specifications, and schedulesEntry of customer orders including item quantity, configuration, pricing, delivery date, shippinginstructions, payment terms and all relevant comments and information into the Company orderprocessing systemAssisting in preparing sales budgets and expendituresCoordinate the sales process with accounting and manufacturing requirementsTracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metricsProvide input to marketing and product development relative to customer requirements and markettrendsHandling and resolving customer issues regarding an OEM product or serviceAssist in the generation, tracking and resolution of OEM product RMAs with emphasis on root causeanalysisA primary duty includes being proactive to resolve challenges and the ability to work independentlyWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
