For the production site of our internationally growing customers, a Mr. Steller of packaging materials, we are looking for a(n) HR BUSINESS PARTNER 50% (m/f/d) in the Rheine region.

Responsibilities:

As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing solution-oriented and proactive support and advice to managers and employees on all personnel-related and labor law issues.

You will act as a sparring partner and have a view of the entire employee lifecycle.

In consultation with managers, you will initiate personnel measures, shape and accompany change processes, and implement them.

You will contribute to the implementation of the HR strategy and participate in HR projects on operational and strategic topics.

You will be responsible for recruiting new employees and onboarding processes.

In addition, you will plan and organize internal and external personnel development measures for employees in cooperation with the personnel development department.

Profile:

Successfully completed studies in business administration, psychology, law, or social sciences with a focus on human resources or a comparable qualification.

Relevant professional experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR expert role, preferably in a production-related environment.

Enjoyment in taking on and shaping projects in the HR field, process optimization as well as culture and development topics
