    Title: Intake Manager

    Compensation: $80,000-$92,000, based on experience

    Description:

    The Intake Manager will oversee a team of experienced intake/outreach coordinators. The team works closely with referral sources, account managers, community partners to ensure we receive a steady flow of new/returning home care clients. Intake Coordinators are the first point of contact with prospective clients and assist with the admissions process. Intake Coordinators also help with securing staffing for new clients to ensure the smooth transition and immediate care needs are met.

    ***The position is based on site at our Melville office, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Candidates must reside in/near Long Island and/or be comfortable with a daily commute.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelors Degree in health or human services-related area required
    • Experience with supervising/managing a team required
    • Experience with staff training and development
    • Prior experience navigating the intake/admissions in a healthcare environment
    • Demonstated knowledge of DOH rules and regulations/insurance verification processes
    • History of developing and and maintaining relationships with community partners and referral sources
