Roles and Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for families seeking ABA therapy services.
- Provide families with information about our therapy programs, services, and insurance coverage.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all client intake information, including insurance verification, authorizations, and consent forms.
- Collaborate closely with our clinical team to coordinate intake schedules, assess client needs, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Keep clients informed of their intake status, next steps, and any additional requirements.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling appointments, maintaining intakerelated paperwork, and assisting with billing inquiries.
- Acts as liaison between the office and families
- Coordinate/track client reassessments
- Weekly billing trends
- Monthly care calls with families
- Assist with schedule modifications and case concerns
- Track/file client documentation
Skills
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Administrative experience with proficiency in Excel/Outlook.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques and understanding of behavioral health concepts and interventions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and their families.
- A proactive approach to problemsolving.
