- Mentor and guide employees within the supplier quality team, providing expertise, support, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
- Develop and execute a global supplier quality management strategy to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of global suppliers to evaluate their compliance with quality requirements and processes.
- Collaborate with SQEs globally to establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective action plans to address non-conformances.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality performance of global suppliers and optimize supply chain processes.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
- At least 8-10 years of equivalent experience in supplier quality management, preferably in a manufacturing or high-tech industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve quality objectives.
- Ability to travel up to 25% (domestic and International).
- Master of Science Degree in Engineering or MBA.
- Experience with ISO-9001, TS16949, or VDA 6.3 process auditing
- Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification

The Supplier Quality Group Manager will propose and execute strategies for Supplier Quality efforts in Brookfield to ensure a strong foundation, high performance, empowerment and alignment with Milwaukee Power Tools business globally. A focus will be on driving Supplier Quality mindset change to be proactive organization and developing a World-class, Global Supply Base. Responsible to provide oversight for supplier quality process improvements and to ensure key deliverables are met in the life cycle of the projects. Supplier Quality Group Mgr will be the main contact in Corp. for global supplier quality issues and to define prioritization and criticality of projects. Works in a team environment with marketing, project management, firmware engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, and global manufacturing operations.
