- Collaborate with Sales and Relationship Management to represent products and roadmaps within the domain to existing clients and prospective logos
- Oversee and communicate progress against roadmaps, backlogs, and releases
- Create business cases deliver new value within products
- Identify and assess market challenges and opportunities
- Align with Relationship Management to identify strategic direction and immediate needs for existing clients
- Understand and contribute to Sales team initiatives and prospective logos
- Contribute to product announcements and marketing materials
- Recommend future focused solutions thinking beyond existing products and anticipating client needs before requests are made
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally in financial services software delivery
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of leading high-performing teams
- Ability to translate business requirements and market needs into a successful product vision
- Drive to continually assess and validate existing products and solutions to fine tune future direction
- Possess the skills to lead a large group under complex situations to clarity and focus

Overview of the Product Group Manager:
BETA is a self-clearing securities processing solution for wealth management firms. Built on years of expert knowledge and hands-on experience, BETA provides critical back-office controls including corporate action management, middle office exception management, and front office account management and trading tools for advisors.
We're in search of an experienced leader with Financial Services background. The Front Office Product Group Manager will operate in a fast-paced environment to refine our product strategy and collaborate with Engineering teams and other stakeholders to grow our suite of Advisor Facing products. You will guide a team of product managers to translate product vision into prioritized backlogs to achieve the highest value. The ideal candidate will be able to navigate from executive level conversations to day-to-day decisions and balance creativity and innovation with real delivery timelines.
