Your Responsibilities:


  • Management of a residential facility with 29 living spaces for adults with intellectual disabilities (10 ambulatory and 19 in special living arrangements)
  • Continuous improvement of the quality of customercentered services for participation
  • Responsibility for the creation, implementation, review, and documentation of individual support planning
  • Team organization, team development, and personnel scheduling
  • Public relations and networking in the social environment
  • Management of assigned budgets

Your Profile:


Requirements for the Position:


  • You have completed training as a special needs educator, educator, health and nursing professional, special education teacher, or have a degree in social work (m/f/d)
  • Experience in managing support for clients in outreach form (BeWo) and in special living arrangements
  • Good knowledge of legal framework conditions in integration assistance
  • Creativity and innovation, assertiveness, and conflict management skills
  • Good computer skills

Desirable:


  • Completed FiSO contact study or willingness to complete it
  • Experience in a management position
  • Teamwork and sense of responsibility
  • Good knowledge of social and integration assistance as well as the North Rhine-Westphalia Housing and Participation Act
  • Professional personal development through targeted participation in training and further education
