Together with your team, you will be responsible for the IT infrastructure and support the departments in providing efficient and effective business software.


Your responsibilities:

  • As a Service Delivery Management employee (m/f/d), you will have successfully completed a degree in business administration, computer science, IT specialist for system integration or a comparable education.
  • You have at least 3 years of professional experience in IT service management or IT operations in the infrastructure sector.
  • You also have knowledge and experience in process and service design.
  • Solid knowledge in the field of IT infrastructure (network, Windows server, cloud, storage, etc.) is advantageous.
  • Experience in change management completes your qualifications.
  • You have excellent communication skills in both German and English to communicate with colleagues based abroad.
