The Junior Contract Analyst will be responsible for collecting, reviewing, and analyzing contract documents, ensuring accuracy of information, and preparing reports. This position involves monitoring group emails, posting information on the website, and interacting with project teams and bidders. Additionally, the analyst will access and verify information from online financial databases, prepare routine reports on contract execution, and review insurance certificates.
Essential Duties:
This role also involves assisting in maintaining the department's office supplies.
Qualifications:
Applicants must possess a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university. Substitution may be considered with up to 2 years of professional-level experience in areas such as budget analysis, financial analysis, data analysis, or contract/grant administration.
