The Associate Director will provide collaborative oversight of clinic operations, directly deliver psychiatric care, and supervise a team of clinicians.

As an Associate Director of Psychiatry, your responsibilities will include:+ Collaborate with the CBHO to oversee psychiatry services for Callen-Lorde's patients and the community. + Provide direct clinical psychiatry services, including assessments, follow-ups, and psychopharmacological management. + Supervise and support a designated number of psychiatric staff, including MDs and NPs. + Offer psychiatry consultations to clinical and non-clinical staff, respond to e-consults, attend clinical meetings, and provide real-time consultations. + Serve as a subject matter expert internally and externally, and participate in the HIT Core Team to enhance EHR functionality and efficiency for psychiatry providers. + Oversee substance use/dual diagnosis concerns, collaborating with the Substance Use Services and Supports team to enhance substance use treatment support.
