    Description

    About the Job and the Company:

    • Rapidly growing team is looking for a dedicated Program Supervisor.

    A $2000 sign-on bonus and $1000-$2000 relocation bonus await you.



    Pay Rates:
    $23.50 per hour for direct therapy
    $27.50 per hour for supervision duties

    Responsibilities:
    • Provide play-based instruction using ABA techniques
    • Help clients develop academic and life skills
    • Ensure accurate data collection and reporting
    • Communicate openly with team members, clients, and parents

    Minimum Requirements:
    • A Bachelor's Degree
    • Enrolled in BCBA coursework or relevant experience
    • Ability to pass background checks and maintain availability
    • Preferred knowledge of Apple iPad and Google Suite


    Physical Requirements:

    Must be able to engage in physical activities and exhibit manual dexterity for data entry, with specific vision and auditory abilities.
