Position Overview:The SCIL Leadership Program provides a unique opportunity for high potential recent 4 years and advanced degree graduates interested in a career within the supply chain. The 12-month program is designed to provide you with meaningful experiences in warehouse management, customer service, and inventory. You also gain an introduction to business process integration, supply chain solutions, continual improvement, engineering, and lean methodology. The knowledge you acquire is necessary to think creatively about customer solutions so that you can directly contribute to our vision of being the global Supply Chain Management Innovator.
Throughout the program, you will build key leadership skills and professional relationships by meeting and working with the people involved in daily operations and decision-making. You will also take part in a mentoring relationship with upper-level management as well as with a peer mentor.We have been developing exceptional talent through our Successful Careers in Logistics (SCIL) program for over 20 years.
