Description

The Riverside University Health System (RUHS) Medical Center is currently recruiting for a Director of Facilities who will manage the Facilities Design and Development Department.

The incumbent will be responsible for the day to day oversight of capital projects, construction projects, and support services at the Medical Center.

Project Management in a clinical, hospital, or healthcare setting.
Significant knowledge of County procurement, Form 11, and RFP processes.
Knowledge of HCAI hospital construction requirements.

A valid California Driver's License is required for this position.

The RUHS Director of Facilities reports to the Chief Clinical Integration Officer (CCIO) and receives general instructions regarding the scope of and approach to projects or assignments in the supervision, management, and coordination of RUHS capital improvement projects and construction.

This class has been deemed eligible for the Performance Recognition Plan as set forth under Article 3, Section 311(C) of the County Management Resolution.

Program eligibility requires employees to be in a leadership position, manage other employees or programs, and have significant influence on the achievement of organizational objectives.
