- Asigura o medie lunara de minim opt clienti vizitati pe zi din portofoliu de clienti cu conditii speciale PepsiCo si hunting;
- Viziteaza minim o data pe an toti clienti AFH din zona alocata (Census) si ofera informatii valoroase din piata;
- Colecteaza coordonate GPS la fiecare tip de vizita(ex: Execution Pep, Hunting, Census, etc...);
- Se asigura ca sunt scanate coolere in fiecare POS, cel putin o data pe an;
- Inregistreaza datele colectate din piata in platforma ToT.
- Negociaza contracte cu clien?ii din zona alocat? pentru a asigura o cre?tere profitabil? a portofoliului n conformitate cu obiectivele ?i procedurile atribuite;
- Valideaz? termenii negocia?i cu OP RSM ?i, dac? este cazul, mpreun? cu On Premise Sales Strategy Manager;
- Introduce propunerea n ROBUST, n conformitate cu procedura n vigoare, att pentru clien?ii noi, ct ?i pentru clien?ii existen?i;
- Urm?re?te procedura de examinare ?i aprobare impreuna cu persoanele implicate n fluxul de aprobare;
- Este responsabil pentru activarea contractului - se asigur? c? ambele p?r?i semneaza contractul;
- Asigur? implementarea contractului n conformitate cu termenii conveni?i ?i rezolv? eventualele abateri;
- Evalueaza constant performata contractelor (vanzari, profitabilitate, produse active, etc) si gaseste solutii de remediere unde este cazul (crestere VPO, implementare combo, modificare CDA, etc.);
- Se implica activ in implementarea sistemului GTM (direct, distribuitor) agreeat de catre Sales Manager pentru zona alocata;
- In cazul n care o factur? este emis? de client, n conformitate cu contractul semnat, este responsabil s? se asigure c? factura este introdus? n fluxul de plat? si urmareste procesul pana cand factura a fost platita clientului;
- Securizeaza permanent baza de date a clien?ilor activi prin monitorizarea ?i negocierea lunar? a contractelor de rennoire;
- Urmareste si atinge obiectivele lunare/anuale setate pt zona alocata.
- Implementeaza impreuna cu echipa de Customer Representative programele de TMK locale / regionale / nationale;
- Implementeaza impreuna cu echipa de Customer Representative kit-urile de vizibilitate conform standardelor companiei;
- Se asigura de implementarea standardele de executie in linie cu obiectivele companiei (listarea tuturor brandurilor in conformitate cu standardul companiei, combo meniu..adaptat subcanalelor AFH, mixology, etc.). Se asigura de vizibilitatea acestora pe toate canalele de comunicare a clientului (ex: meniu, e-com, social media, etc.);
- Se asigura impreuna cu echipa de sales (CR&TSM) de recuperarea materialelor de TMK, de la clienti cu care nu mai colaboram (coolere, umbrele, reclame int/ext, etc.).

- Studii medii/ superioare
- Experienta in vanzari minim 2 ani
- Permis de conducere categoria B fara antecedente
- Abilitati:
- Limba engleza: nivel mediu
- Bune cunostinte operare PC: Microsoft Office
- Abilitati de comunicare si negociere
- Abilitati de lucru cu cifrele si cunostinte financiare
- Gandire analitica
- Orientare spre rezultat
- Cunostiintele financiare constituie un avantaj
