- Scan and Index application materials for prospective students in Slate
- Update data on applications as new materials are received
- Check decisions for errors and release decision letters
- Coordinate the mailing of admission packets
- Write Slate queries identifying groups of prospects/applicants as needed
- Provide customer service to email inquiries
- Investigate and resolve errors related to admissions records in Slate and Banner
- Inventory all publications
- Office manager duties such as ordering supplies
- Occasionally provide backup for front desk reception and phone
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 1-3 years of related work experience
- Experience with Slate (or another CRM) and Ellucian Banner preferred

About Drew University: Drew University, located on a beautiful, wooded,186-acre campus in Madison, New Jersey, includes the College of Liberal Arts, the Theological School, and the Caspersen School of Graduate Studies.
