    Description

    As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and translating business requirements into functional specifications. You will work closely with stakeholders from various departments to understand their needs and collaborate with technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.

    • Elicit, analyze, validate, and document business requirements from stakeholders using interviews, workshops, surveys, and other techniques.
    • Evaluate existing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
    • Analyze and interpret data to uncover insights, trends, and patterns that can inform decision-making and drive business performance.
    • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions that meet business needs and align with organizational goals.
    • Assist in the development of test plans and test cases, and participate in testing activities to ensure the quality and usability of delivered solutions.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, and serve as a liaison between business and technical teams.
