    THE OPPORTUNITY

    Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Winter Dent Company is seeking an Account Manager to join our Personal Lines team. As a Personal Lines Account Manager you will have the opportunity to build long-term relationships with a wide range of clients. You will provide coverage analysis on renewals, new business, and due diligence projects to ensure clients have what they need. Partnering with New Business and Sales teams. you will support the day-to-day marketing, acquisition, and retention efforts for assigned accounts.

    As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for stewarding positive and respectful relationships with peers, clients, carriers, and partners. Exceptional customer service is key to success in this role, focused on excellent communication skills, the ability to build a rapport and trusting relationships, and timely, accurate, and complete responses to clients questions and concerns.

    Would you be a great ACCOUNT MANAGER?

    To excel in the role of Account Manager - Personal Lines, certain skills and qualifications are essential. Most importantly, you should have excellent communication skills, be personable and respectful, be able to build and sustain professional relationships, and be excited to learn and continuously grow. An understanding of personal lines insurance products, coverages, and industry regulations is helpful but not required. Above all else, Winter-Dent is committed to finding the right people for our team.

    A commitment to learning and using technology is essential for success. Proficiency in various software and tools is required to efficiently manage client information, policy data, and communication. Familiarity with CRM systems, email platforms, and document management software is highly beneficial.

    Location
    • This position will work in-person at our Columbia or Jefferson City, MO office.
    License Qualifications
    • Property & Casualty license (within 90 days of hire)
