    Job Overview:

    Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 8:30 AM- 5 PM

    WORK FROM HOME WEDNESDAY AND FRIDAY
    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistic Coordinator to join our team. As a Logistic Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the movement of goods and materials through the supply chain. Your role will involve managing logistics processes, optimizing efficiency, and ensuring timely delivery of products.

    Responsibilities:
    - Coordinate and monitor the movement of goods and materials through the supply chain
    - Plan and schedule shipments, ensuring on-time delivery
    - Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
    - Manage order fulfillment process, including order entry, tracking, and invoicing
    - Utilize dispatching systems to assign drivers and track shipments
    - Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency
    - Conduct root cause analysis to resolve logistics issues and prevent future occurrences
    - Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization
    - Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and other relevant information
    - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

    Skills:
    - Strong knowledge of logistics processes and supply chain management
    - Proficiency in using dispatching systems for order tracking and driver assignment
    - Experience with AS400 or similar warehouse management systems
    - Proficient in SQL for data analysis purposes
    - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis
    - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
    - Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers

    Skill Set Required:

    Intermediate Excel Level
    Ability to create concise written communications.
    Ability to focus well in a fast- paced environment.
    Great organizational and follow-up skills
