Overview:

As a Logistics Brokerage Coordinator at AGS, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the smooth flow of freight operations.

From managing client communications to ensuring compliance with customs regulations, you'll be instrumental in maintaining operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Rectify any errors on manifests provided by clients for implementation into our system.
  • Input Excel manifests into our MIQ system for filing purposes.
  • Track flight arrivals to file entries accurately for client freight.
  • Communicate daily with clients to provide updates on their shipments.
  • Maintain regular communication with US Customs and Border Patrol for updates on releases.
  • Provide support to fellow associates, supervisors, and department managers as required.

Requirements:


  • Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to listen, comprehend, and communicate clearly and concisely.
  • Proactive with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and techsavvy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in freight forwarding preferred.
The role requires reliability for commuting to or relocating to Springfield Gardens, NY.


Pay:
$45, $60,000.00 per hour
