Position Territory / Location:
KY,TN,AL,MOThe OpportunityProvide holistic leadership over pre and post sales process to ensure implementation success and ongoing customer loyaltyPlan and communicate scheduled business updates both to leadership as well as set expectation for direct staff.
Anticipate competitor response scenarios and initiate preemptive strategies and tactics to gain share or grow market share faster than direct market competitors.
Leverage competitor/industry knowledge, as well as build stakeholder networks, to facilitate execution of local business plans and build the business, sale revenue and market share.
Identify new business opportunities to expand current ADD share.Oversee cross-functional implementation team (post-sale).Drive value creation and to deliver outstanding day-to-day service to existing customers in a district thereby – increasing economic profitability, customer satisfaction and retention.
Negotiate long term contracts, assist Ambassadors and Account Executives with contract negotiations, particularly with pricing/profitability policies.Recruits, coaches, and develops organizational talent.
Fosters a diverse workplace that enables all participants to contribute to their full potential in pursuit of organizational objectives.
Creates an entrepreneurial environment.
Provides direction and guidance to Account Executives and Ambassadors who exercise significant latitude and independence in their assignments.
