    We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who will partner with managers to anticipate and meet their needs, along with delivering the best talent to the organization.

    The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist role is responsible for taking ownership for full-cycle recruitment. They must possess considerable skills in interviewing techniques and excellent knowledge of specialized functions within the company.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    Collaborates with business units to determine the most appropriate recruitment strategies, in accordance with HR procedures, to attract highly skilled employees
    Focus on technical and entertainment type roles while recruiting, sourcing, phone calls, and scheduling with managers.
    Takes a client service approach in communicating with candidates and management in relation to the type of position needed.
    Provides ongoing support and guidance to client groups including planning and implementing recruitment strategies and being accountable for tracking positions
    Identifies, recruits, and hires qualified candidates for a variety of positions, including ensuring a DEI approach to recruiting.
    Takes a consultative approach with hiring managers regarding the pros and cons of the applicant.
    Participate in DEI initiatives such as interviewing, meetings and discussions.
    Train and mentor less senior team members on recruitment strategies.
    Excellent verbal and written communication
    Attend and participate in university relations, ie career fairs, information sessions
    Assist with branding of EP through social media recruiting, and other recruiting platforms
    Streamline and assist with onboarding activities for new hires so they have a first-class experience.
    Train employees on interviewing skills and other recruitment skills.
    Recruit on director and higher level positions as needed
    Lead team meetings, along with taking on additional projects to assist the Talent Acquisition team.
    Develop global relationships with UK, Canada and other countries for recruitment,
    Comprehensive knowledge of current and key HR practices-recruitment/staffing.
    Extensive knowledge of legal requirements for recruiting and hiring.
    JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED
    Four-year college degree or equivalent and combination with corporate/agency recruiting and human resources work related experience.
    7 plus years of corporate or agency recruiting experience.
    Experience working on a high volume, fast paced recruitment team
    Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
    Ability to work in a team environment.
    Tech recruiting preferred
    SHRM certified preferred
    Experience with Oracle Fusion preferred
