- Coordinates onboarding and orientation for new employees
- Act as lead trainer for care team (including Caregivers and Med Techs)
- Overseeing on-going training for all staff
- Reviews assignments with Executive Director and Director of Health Services
- Works with residents on activities of daily living while encouraging self-care and independence
- Assist leadership with putting together staff schedules
- Document any resident change of condition
- Willing to cover shifts when needed

A Resident Care Coordinator will work closely with the Health Services team in our Community Based Care facility to ensure the quality care of all residents.
