We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Medical Records/Central Supply Coordinator. This is a full-time position responsible for managing medical records and overseeing central supply operations.


Responsibilities:


Hours:

M-F 8-4pm and you work 1 day on the weekend every 6 weeks in the capacity of Manager on Duty.



  • Maintain and update patient medical records in compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all medical records, including admissions, transfers, and discharges
  • Coordinate the release of medical records to authorized individuals and agencies as needed
  • Manage inventory and ordering of central supply items, such as medical supplies and equipment
  • Monitor stock levels and replenish supplies as necessary to support patient care
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to address any medical records or supplyrelated issues
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all patient information and records

Qualifications:

- **High school diploma or equivalent required**; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- **Previous experience in medical records management or central supply coordination preferred**:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment
