Summary:

The Data Engineer/Analyst is responsible for understanding data collection mechanisms in Advanced Metrics' software applications to assist customers and internal team members in the review, understanding and analysis of data sets from each application.

This role is essential to successful software implementation, our Science to Service model and customer satisfaction.

It is expected that the Data Analyst will be able to apply proven techniques and strategies to meet the various needs of Advanced Metrics customers.

The Data Analyst will learn and apply the industry standards in data analytics and continue to improve and monitor the effectiveness of the approach and adjust accordingly to industry needs.

The Data Engineer/Analyst reports directly to the Chief Technology Officer.

This position is a part of our Advanced Metrics Systems.

Schedule:
FT (40 hrs) Flexible Schedule.

This is a remote position and we are able to hire staff living in PA, MD, NJ, SC, and GA.

Must be able to travel to Mountville, PA (Lancaster County) and to client locations for meetings as needed. If you have any questions about location or remote work, you can reach out to for additional information.

Wage Information:
$80,000 annually.

Job Description:
Supports our data team, building and maintaining data pipelines, using standardized tools for extraction, transformation and loading
Builds data pipelines in Microsoft Azure Cloud environment
Uses Microsoft PowerBI, SQL and other data tools to build and analyze reports and data insights
Turn data into information, information into insights for customers' to make clinical and informed decisions.
Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
Filter and clean data.
Work with the Data Insights Manager to prioritize business and information needs.
Assist customers in maintaining a high level of data quality.

Working collaboratively with the Advanced Metrics team, the Data Analyst will participate and work within our Advanced Metrics' project management practices and processes.

Proficiency in related tools and concepts adapted to software.
Establish ongoing relationship with internal staff and customers.
Resolve client inquiries, maintaining ownership through resolution.
Develop and maintain a high level of product and business knowledge.
Assist in the development of training documentation related to data analytics, usage and interpretation.
Continuous professional development regarding tools and processes.
Demonstrated ability to understand and apply a team approach when needed.

Proficient in basic office tools, (Word, Excel, Power Point, project management software).

Demonstrated ability to work effectively with Advanced Metrics team members around clinical and administrative data within the customer's practice, including the ability to objectively review and analyze changes in workflow processes that could impact data integrity and insights.

Ability to deliver complex message to varying degree of disciplines and backgrounds.
Highly self-motivated, goal oriented, and self-directed.

Demonstrate ability to operate and innovate in a small team with a fast-paced environment, balancing both strategic and tactical needs.

Qualifications:
This position requires one of the following combinations of education and experience:
Bachelor's degree in a Social Science, or related field required. Experience in business or administrative related role a plus.
