This is a full-time remote position.


A Data Analyst within the Operations Support Services team will play an integral part in the success of our internal customers by providing data and analytical insights to various stakeholders within the distribution center network.

This role will perform data collection, data entry, organization, analysis, and research for various deliverables related to distribution center operations.

This support role will require analytical, problem solving, and communication skills with a strong attention to detail. A Data Analyst must have the ability to distill complex information into clear messages.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with turning datasets into meaningful analytical insights
  • Gather, summarize, and verify information used to populate reports and deliverables
  • Test and evaluate reports and analyses for the network of distribution centers
  • Assist in monitoring data integrity for all deliverables
  • Read, write, and interpret various queries to perform daily tasks
  • Collaborate with various teams throughout the company to accomplish goals
  • Maintenance and monitoring of information systems to ensure quality and service throughout the operation
  • Occasional overnight travel will be required
  • Complete other duties and adhoc projects as assigned
EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 23 years of relevant work experience
  • Education or experience in supply chain management is a plus
  • Working knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 and Power BI are required
  • Working knowledge of databases including but not limited to SQL, Tableau, R, and Python are a plus
  • Competent in the data analysis process

Remote work qualifications

  • Access to a reliable and secure highspeed internet connection. Cable or fiber internet connections (at least 75mbps download/10mbps upload) are preferred, as satellite connections often cannot support the technologies used to perform daytoday tasks.
  • Access to a home router and modem.
  • A dedicated home office space that is noise
- and distraction-free. The space should have strong wireless connection or a wired Ethernet connection (wired connection is preferred, if possible).

  • A valid, physical address (apartment, suite, etc.). PO Boxes are not supported, as a physical address is required for you to receive your computer equipment.
  • The desire and ability to work and communicate with other team members via chat, webcam, etc.
