Duties:

As a Data Analyst specializing in Stop Loss & Level-funding, you will play a critical role in the efficient operation of our stop loss claims department by managing and analyzing data related to level-funding programs.

Your primary responsibilities will include database design and maintenance, ensuring data accuracy, automating processes, generating reports, and providing analytical support to optimize level-funding operations.

The Data Analyst for Stop Loss & Level-Funding is responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive database to track level-funding data, including claims, enrollment, and financial transactions.

You will ensure data accuracy through meticulous verification processes and automate data imports to minimize manual entries. Collaborating closely with accounting and other departments, you will generate reports and identify discrepancies to streamline level-funding administration.

Additionally, you will provide analytical support to optimize operations, working alongside Stop Loss Analysts to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in managing level-funded programs.

Pay:
$55, $65,000.00 per year
