PRIMARY PURPOSE:

Housby is looking for a self-driven, motivated, and high performing individual to oversee our Mobile Services Division. Mobile Services includes Housby's mobile rebranding, mobile welding, and mobile engines. All mobile services work directly on customer sites repainting, decaling, welding, and/or rebuilding engines.

This position will play a key role in the development of these programs and will be responsible for managing the daily operations of all Mobile Service teams for Housby, while promoting growth of each service through training and process development. This position will be required to travel to job site locations on a consistent basis.

EXPECTATIONS:

Work directly with teams to increase efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
Manage departmental expenses.
Help recruit, hire, and train new employees for rebranding.
Consistently review processes and focus on areas of improvement in order to increase production and efficiency, while trying to eliminate waste and lower cost.
Work with Housby's internal support team on the scheduling of incoming units.
Oversee and schedule all travel related needs and accommodations for the mobile teams.
Communicate with internal support members regarding onsite customers and communicate estimated completion dates to customers in a timely fashion.
Prepare and present data pertaining to the mobile programs to upper management and customers when requested.
Have one unit painted within a 3 day window for mobile rebranding.
Ensure that each engine for mobile engines is completed within a 7 day turnaround.
Answer all customer questions related to mobile rebranding.
Be an onsite ambassador for Housby's menu of products and services.
Identify new opportunities that will complement Housby, and then present new opportunities to management.
Oversee each project from start to finish, and travel to each location when and as needed.
Maintain a professional image at all times.
Expected to follow the Company's safety rules and safety policies.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

High School Diploma or GED required, Associate or Bachelors Degree preferred.
Previous management experience.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Possess a strong attention to detail.
Mechanical aptitude.
Strong work ethic and commitment to working with employees, as well as other department, for overall success of the company.
Basic computer skills.
Valid Driver's License and dependable transportation.
Class A or B CDL preferred but not required.
Must have and follow Housby's Core Values.
The ability to travel up to 75% of the time.

PHSYICAL DEMANDS:

Requires the use of both hands.
Alpha/Numeric Keyboarding
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to view a computer monitor.
May require standing, climbing, stooping, squatting, walking, and reaching for extended periods of times.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

The work environment for this position varies due to the differences in the work site. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may occasionally be exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes, or airborne particles, toxic and outside weather conditions.
Potentially exposed to battery acid, gasoline, chemical cleaning material or other toxic materials commonly found in motor vehicle service departments, some of which may be considered health hazards.
The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
May work indoors and out. Exposed to some outside weather.
