    General Information:
    Hitachi Energy, located in Bridgeton, MO, is seeking a Field Service Operations Manager.

    This position will, with limited supervision, perform duties that involve or relate to such functions as planning, construction, maintenance, and inventory control of facilities and services equipment.

    This position will make recommendations to improve effectiveness to the group and increase customer satisfaction.


    Your Background:
    Budgeting for operations cost centers and front-end investments

    Regularly review and forecast costs

    Serve as subject matter expert for transformer commissioning on data center projects

    Directly manage team of service technicians

    Serve as intermediary between Sales, Engineering, Quality, Purchasing and the production areas

    Drive the necessary changes to develop the future of our business by focusing on our product portfolio, processes as well as on personnel development

    Production of customer and engineering orders according to time and cost calculation and achieve budgeted yield targets

    Evaluation and implementation of new processes and respective production equipment in compliance with capacity and cost targets

    Collaborate with our local and global contact partners and support the entire organization in process optimization

    Ensure that customers receive their ordered services on transformers on time and up to quality standards

    Prepare specifications and documents in accordance with requirements, established formats, and specific instructions

    Participate in the investigation of technical problems, provide information and recommendations for reports, and root cause analysis.

    Your Background:
    Bachelor's degree engineering or business required. Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States. 10 years' experience in Transformer, Utility, or Data Center Industry. Strong interpersonal competency to build up, extend and enhance the strong customer relationships
