All Lines Technology is seeking a Microsoft Cloud Engineer – Level I.

This position will primarily be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and supporting multiple customers from Enterprise to SMB on their journey to cloud adoption on the Microsoft 365 platform – specifically within Identity / Exchange / Teams / Intune / Security and Compliance / and Generative AI (Copilot).

The long-term goal for this position is to become specialized in Microsoft Cloud's security, compliance, and generative AI solutions.

Position Summary
The

Microsoft Cloud Engineer

will primarily be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and supporting multiple customers from Enterprise to SMB on their journey for Microsoft Cloud solution adoptions – specifically within Identity / Exchange / Teams / Security & compliance / and Generative AI (Copilot) / and Microsoft Intune.

Primary Success Factors

Deliver subject matter expertise of Microsoft cloud technologies with an eventual emphasis on Microsoft generative AI (Copilot), and security & compliance technology solutions.

This position will need to be able to follow completed proposals, follow completed solution designs to carry out implementations of Microsoft Cloud technologies.

This can include the following project types:
integrations, migrations, and full end-to-end Microsoft Cloud technology adoptions.
With time, this position will evolve to also build solution designs for Microsoft Cloud technology adoption/integration/migration engagements.

Demonstrate consultative capabilities by providing value added information to clients for connecting technology, security, and the business value of Microsoft 365.

Participate in ongoing Microsoft 365 service, generative AI, security, compliance, and strategy discussions.
Stay current on all things Microsoft 365, including changes & updates, roadmap & releases, and third-party solutions.
Document system configurations, standards, and procedures.

Some knowledge and experience in the below areas:
Microsoft Generative AI solutions (Microsoft Copilot, Copilot for Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot for Security, and Microsoft Copilot Studio). Existing experience is desired, but not required.
Microsoft Intune (MDM / MAM / Hybrid Entra ID Join / Windows Autopilot)
System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM Co-Management)
Microsoft 365 Security (Entra ID, Defender for 365, Identity, Endpoint, Cloud Apps / Conditional Access / Windows Hello for Business)
Microsoft Teams (Administration, Security, Rooms, Voice & Dialing, Teams Rooms)
Clients (Modern Authentication, Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise, Mobile Office Apps)
Exchange (Online / Hybrid / Migrations)

Data Governance & Information Protection Solutions are a plus:
Data Loss Prevention, Archiving, eDiscovery, Sensitivity labels & Policies, Retention Labels & policies, Communication Compliance, and Information Barriers.
PowerShell scripting skills desired
Detail oriented, organized, self-motivated, and self-sufficient.
Strong business writing and verbal communication skills.
Team oriented and works well in a collaborative environment.
Enthusiastic to learn new Microsoft Cloud technology.

Desired Experience
Associate's degree in Information Systems or equivalent work experience (preferred)
1+ years of experience in Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions
Experience managing and supporting Microsoft 365 services in an enterprise environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Microsoft 365 Associate certification track (Endpoint Administrator Associate, Messaging Administrator Associate, Teams Administrator Associate, Identity and Access Administrator Associate, or Information Protection and Compliance Administrator Associate) is a plus
