Description
We are seeking a Project Manager who is highly organized, detail oriented, and a great communicator.You will be responsible for the design, planning, and ongoing management of varied operational projects, which includes transitions of new mid-market and enterprise clients onto Affiliated Monitoring's SaaS platform.
What You Will Be DoingLead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, and implementation plans
Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope and schedule
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external project teams
Lead regular status calls with clients and internal teams
Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope and schedule, to ensure that project requirements can be met
Report project status, outcomes and/or risks to stakeholders and escalate issues, as necessary
What You Need For This Role
Proven work experience as a Project Manager
Excellent organizational, time and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a professional and timely manner
Can collaborate and influence in a "win as a team" environment
Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
PMP certification preferred
Bachelors Degree required
