Your Tasks


You will be responsible for:

  • Commercial and technical project management of large-scale projects throughout Germany
  • Preparing offers and cost calculations
  • Negotiating contracts with clients
  • Managing construction and personnel
  • Negotiating and monitoring subcontractors
  • Customer support and acquisition of new clients
  • Ensuring proper execution of all tasks within your responsibility
  • Expanding the client base through strategic market development
  • Optimizing resource utilization, particularly materials and personnel

Your Profile


You have:

  • An engineering degree (FH), preferably in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or industrial engineering, or alternatively, a technical education as a construction technician with relevant professional experience in scaffolding or the construction industry
  • Or a completed apprenticeship as a master craftsman, technician in a technical profession, or certified scaffolding foreman
  • Knowledge of contract law and VOB
  • Strong entrepreneurial thinking and action, as well as high commitment
  • Social competence, team spirit, and the ability to lead employees
  • An independent, conscientious, and reliable way of working
  • Computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
