We are currently seeking a candidate for the following position in Mercerville, NJ:

Planning, implementation, and transfer of production processes into SAP processes, including customization and resolution of systemic errors
Leading SAP projects with a liaison role between departments and Group-IT
Identifying potential areas for improvement and providing consultation on process enhancements
Ensuring standardization and automation of commercial transactions
Assisting departments in defining and designing requirements, creating solution designs in collaboration with departments and other process stakeholders
Testing implemented changes and processes, as well as coordinating system setting deployments
Providing second level support for SAP end users and training them on process workflows
Creating and maintaining internal process documentation in collaboration with Quality Management

Requirements:

Successfully completed education and work experience in the IT field
Several years of crossfunctional SAP experience, ideally in the automotive sector
Experience with agile project management methods (Kanban, Scrum)
International communication skills, assertiveness, and strong intercultural competence
