Your Responsibilities- Creation, processing, and tracking of complaints based on SAP Q notifications
- Examination and analysis of reported errors
- Quality management
- Involvement of key interfaces in case of frequent errors and initiation of followup measures
- Tracking of repairs and return orders
- Monitoring of processing and ensuring high availability of parts
- Completed vocational training with relevant work experience
- Experience in departments such as sales, purchasing, logistics, export, and/or quality management
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Independent work ethic and ability to work in a team
- Attractive industryoriented compensation (starting at 20 EUR/hour gross)
