Responsibilities:


  • In your role, you will be responsible for the factory controlling of a location, including conducting all factory controlling activities such as budgeting, forecasting, and monthly closing analysis.
  • You will be in charge of conducting targetactual comparisons, variance analyses, and adhoc evaluations.
  • You will ensure the identification and tracking of measures to improve the factory's results in collaboration with the factory management.
  • You will support in cost change tasks for customers.
  • You will coresponsible for the further development of cost accounting and controlling instruments.
  • You will actively participate in the annual budget planning for the respective factory.
  • You will take on special topics.

Profile:


  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship with further training as a business economist (m/f/d) or a degree in business administration.
  • You ideally have several years of professional experience in controlling.
  • You have sound knowledge of cost accounting, primarily in series production, as well as knowledge of IFRS accounting, especially in inventory valuation.
  • You are proficient in using MS Office and SAP R/
  • You have good analytical skills and a strong customer and goal orientation.
  • You have excellent social skills, high resilience, and conflict management abilities.
  • You have good English skills, both written and spoken.
