- Assists with routine laboratory procedures check-in/accessioning of cultures, computer data entry including quality management, preparation of media, collecting, washing, and sterilizing glassware used in the laboratory as needed.
- Streaking cultures for isolation.
- Responsible for the disposal of biohazardous waste and maintenance of laboratory supplies.
- Faxing, emailing (utsecure), answering phone.
- Other duties as assigned.
