Description
Insight Global is seeking a Lab Supervisor for a Chemistry Manufacturing Laboratory in Tyler, TX, sitting onsite maximum of 7 days per week if Saturday and Sunday overtime is required.
The Lab Supervisor will supervise 7 Chemists and Lab Technicians; directing, coordinating, train, and advising lab personnel in test procedures for analyzing components and physical properties of materials; developing, improving, and customizing products, equipment, and analytical methods; conferring with scientists and engineers to conduct analyses of research projects, interpret test results, or develop non-standard tests; interact with the sales and field technical staff to understand their needs; developing and managing product files; and recommending instruments and equipment for the laboratory.
