    BlueWave is hiring a Marketing Specialist for a Marketing Agency with headquarters in Kissimmee, FL As a key member of the marketing team, you will play a vital role in community engagement and promotion.


    Responsibilities:
    Develop and implement marketing strategies targeted at the local community, with a particular emphasis on social media platforms.

    Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content and monitoring audience engagement.

    Produce high-quality video content, including filming, editing, and post-production.

    Act as a liaison between clients and our organization, representing our brand effectively and professionally.

    Collaborate with existing clients to fulfill marketing objectives.

    Translate technical information into easily understandable content for diverse audiences.

    Create social graphics, write compelling copy, and design marketing materials as needed.

    Take ownership of marketing projects from concept to completion, ensuring high standards of quality and creativity.


    Requirements:
    Previous experience in marketing, with a strong focus on video production and social media management.

    Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Videographer, Cap cut) and copywriting skills.

    Client-facing experience, with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships.

    Ability to understand and communicate high-level technical information.

    Demonstrated creativity and a keen eye for design.

    Proven track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns and projects.

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
