    BlueWave is hiring a Marketing Specialist for a Marketing Agency with headquarters in Kissimmee, FL As a key member of the marketing team, you will play a vital role in community engagement and promotion.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement marketing strategies targeted at the local community, with a particular emphasis on social media platforms.
    • Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content and monitoring audience engagement.
    • Produce high-quality video content, including filming, editing, and post-production.
    • Act as a liaison between clients and our organization, representing our brand effectively and professionally.
    • Collaborate with existing clients to fulfill marketing objectives.
    • Translate technical information into easily understandable content for diverse audiences.
    • Create social graphics, write compelling copy, and design marketing materials as needed.
    • Take ownership of marketing projects from concept to completion, ensuring high standards of quality and creativity.

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in marketing, with a strong focus on video production and social media management.
    • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Videographer, Cap cut) and copywriting skills.
    • Client-facing experience, with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships.
    • Ability to understand and communicate high-level technical information.
    • Demonstrated creativity and a keen eye for design.
    • Proven track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns and projects.
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
