    The Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the Marketing Director in the execution of marketing campaigns.

    Under the supervision of the Marketing Director, the Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing all direct contact efforts with leads, prospects and current students.


    Minimum requirements:
    Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
    At least 2 years of experience in marketing and sales department.


    Essential duties and responsibilities:
    Responsible for managing all direct contact platforms for sending text messages, emails and postcards by traditional mail.

    The employee will coordinate, together with the reporting area, the lists necessary to impact prospects and will work on those lists sent by the campuses.

    Is responsible for coordinating the messages and creatives that will be sent on each platform together with the Marketing Director.

    The employee must work on the reports to measure the result of each initiative and keep the Marketing Director and other stakeholders informed.

    Will be responsible for managing the budget assigned to the initiatives and will make good use of it. Additionally, you must submit invoices for payment and report monthly accruals and reversals.
    You must ensure that the material sent by text, email or letters has compliance, stakeholder and marketing approvals.

    Coordinates and participates in meetings with marketing, academics and admissions to understand the needs of each area and establish communication plans that help achieve the objective.
