Bow Lake Elementary is seeking a Limited Term Interventionist to join their team of educators for the school year
SUMMARY: The position of Interventionist provides differentiated supplemental instruction, monitors academic progress, and modifies instruction in order to increase student success. The interventionist works cooperatively with other staff and administrators to understand, collaboratively plan for, and deliver effective practice based on research and data analysis. To facilitate effective school-wide delivery models, the interventionist may assist with the management of formative assessments and support the implementation of building systems.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
Current Washington State Teacher's certificate with appropriate subject area endorsement(s)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Three (3) years' experience teaching in a diverse, multicultural K-12 educational environment that includes work with special needs students
