I am currently a teacher for my local school, specializing in all content areas. Before this, I taught in a nearby school, with a focus on multilingual learners. I have 3 years of related experience as a mentor and volunteer for primary and secondary schools in Seattle. 

I have a master of arts in teaching from the University of Washington. Furthermore, I have a Washington State Teaching License. I received a bachelor of arts in sociology and Spanish from the University of Washington. Through this experience, I had the opportunity to study abroad in Spain at a local university, focusing on the Spanish language and culture. Also, I had the opportunity to volunteer in an English class at the secondary level.
