I am a certified educator with 10 years of experience in IB education at a college preparatory school. I have served as an IB History Teacher, Humanities Department Chair, Instructional Coach, ACT Reading Teacher, Curriculum Writer, and most recently as the IB Diploma Programme Coordinator. I thrive in multicultural environments and enjoy working with students and colleagues from diverse backgrounds. My expertise lies in analyzing data to develop differentiated curriculum and instruction, enhancing student mastery across all academic levels. I am particularly proud of co-developing a data-driven ACT tutoring system that significantly improved student literacy within a year, earning recognition from the College Board in 2020. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Philosophy from Suffolk University in Boston, Massachusetts, where I developed a passion for the humanities by taking numerous psychology, history, and philosophy courses. My high academic achievement led to my selection for a study abroad program at Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic. After obtaining my teaching certification, I have continued my professional development through various programs, including "History Cat 2," "Leading the Learning Cat 2," and "Role of the Coordinator Cat 3."
